The general conditions of sale are concluded between the said “company” NyCyLa LLC and “the buyer”.
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relations between the two parties (seller and buyer).
Characteristics of articles
The items are accompanied by photos. We cannot ensure a perfect similarity between the photos and the items. The photos are not contractual. The buyer cannot therefore make the company liable.
Availability of articles
Items are provided within the limits of available stocks. If the ordered item is not available, the buyer will be notified. The seller allows herself a non-availability of the articles during certain periods of the year (Summer holidays, Christmas holidays and exceptional periods indicated on the presentation page)
Rates shown are in local currency without taxes and without shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to modify her rates at any time. The price displayed on the day of the order will be the applicable price.
Some countries like France may have implemented an import tax, which may be imposed on you when receiving the item. The seller won't charge/collect that import tax upfront, and it's the responsibility of the buyer to pay for that import tax.
Payment and settlement
Payment is made by Credit Card or Google Pay through the fully SSL secured platform.
The receipt of a confirmation email confirms the support of your order.
You will receive an invoice from cesspottery.com along with the payment confirmation.
We ship via USPS / UPS / DHL worldwide and tracking numbers should always be sent when your order is mailed. If you didn’t get a tracking number, feel free to reach out! Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and is based on the address specified by the buyer.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We carefully package each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition, but because of the natural fragile state of pottery, on occasion something may be damaged. Please contact us and take as many photos of the damaged box as well as the pottery and send to us at email@example.com. Claims received more than 7 days passed the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
